joy_sns@hotmail.comi realized today how unaware i am of all the fancy things happening around me. canubelieveit? now you can tell the rest of the world what you have had for lunch today. like they care, but still. this LJ thing is quite fascinating.
accha to shono amar bare ebar. theres this little goli (alley) between bongo bajar and some other bajar which leads or led to a private hospital where my mom's cousin's husband's sister's son-in law's someone was a gynocologist(?) and so my mom thought, 'accha eto apon attiyo amake bhalo bhabe dekhbe' (so, such a close relative, will take good care of me). i was born there. but then in a few weeks from the alley to dadabari (paternal house?) i left for kuwait. i grew up under the sun on the sand. i went to bangladesh every summer and hated it because i had to call people i didn't know khala and phupu. but then i grew up and started loving the annual vacations. spent a year in dhaka during the kuwait-iraq war. went back to kuwait in a year. my parents then realized that i was 13 'oh so very close to the peak-schooling-stage' and decided to come to canada. because, apparantly schools are the best here (this guy in grade 9 math wanted to challenge the verticle line test and said 'but what if you move it horizontally?') idiot, i tell you. jaugga, to ami ekhono toronto te. porchi, ghurchi, tung-tang korchi eitto.
